For  Maintenance  Emergencies such as a flood ( after you have either   
turned off the water at the wall or turned off the water main, plunged    
toilet, If it is the only bathroom in the home, Unable to secure your
home, Running water, no hot water or lack of heat in the entire home
during weather conditions with lows below 55 degrees, be sure to
check your breaker or fuse box prior to reporting electrical issues.
