Not only does she carry a license with the Real Estate Board of Oregon, but is an avid learner, teacher and participate in several of the local organizations keeping abreast of all the latest laws, legislations and news. Always looking out for your best interest. Victor Pizarro we proudly introduce as our Maintenance Director . Owner of Northwest Maintenance Services, LLC. He has a very well rounded resume including extensive education in his field. Victor will always fix it, train someone else to fix it, and make sure the fix will last. He has taught maintenance classes for a large Management company as well as trained many handymen along the way. Being property investors themselves the partners of Romero & Sons truly understand the need for excellent management. Javier Romero is maintenance apprentice and our all around guy. He has an excellent work ethic and is willing to do just about anything, landscaping, gutter cleaning, painting, laundry coin collecting and so much more.
