    By reducing vacancy loss. Turnover on vacancy completed in 3-5 days. Allows them to be rented quickly. Capturing the highest rent possible. You may find you have more profit then you expected or thought possible. Our Management fee ranges from 5-10% depending on location and rent base. Owners with 10 or more units with us are guaranteed the low introductory price of 5%. Maintenance services are 40$ an hour charged on 15 minute intervals.
